Important COVID-19 Information for Customers

BEFORE YOU ATTEND (TO KEEP THE TEAM AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SAFE

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, PLEASE do not come to the salon.
  • If people in your household are self-isolating, PLEASE do not come to the salon.
  • You will be required to wear a face covering in the salon.
  • Please do not bring any coats or bags which are not essential - storing such items safely is particularly challenging

EXTRA HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES WE ARE TAKING:

  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment - if you are too early, we may have to ask you to wait outside; if you are late, we may struggle to safely provide our services
  2. A member of our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.)
  3. On arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water, or use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities
  4. Your temperature will be taken using a contactless thermometer and recorded in your confidential notes
  5. We have changed the way clients move through the salon and interact with the team. Your team member will guide you through and make sure your visit is as safe as possible
  6. Our staff will be wearing protective equipment and items in the salon will be being cleaned and replaced even more regularly than normal. Do not be alarmed, and feel free to ask about anything which you would like to understand more clearly
  7. Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same - please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing
  8. There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients
  9. We will be unable to provide tea or coffee for the time being. Bring a water bottle if you need to hydrate
  10. Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly
  11. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments
  12. We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item
  13. Please pay with a card (preferably contactless up to £45) where possible instead of cash. You will be able to complete card payments at your chair to keep the reception area clear and reduce waiting times
